Shipping and Returns

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of La'Shon Handcrafted.

We ask for a minimum of 15 business days for processing. 

Once processed your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).

Please keep in mind,  All items are hand crafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love and carefully dispatched.


Order processing time is 15 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday through Friday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.


If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within five days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.


Due to the nature of La'Shon Handcrafted, we are unable to accept returned products.  If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. La’Shon HandCrafted LLC, does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
